Ten health and wellbeing companies will participate this year in the Data in Health Business program. Companies selected for the program have already used data in their core business and a clear growth goal. The Seed Village programs help selected companies to accelerate their growth and boost their research, development and innovation activities. The program has particular emphasis on data-related development needs.

- We have fantastic companies looking for new growth in this year's Seed Village program! Companies that have already passed the founding and incubation phase are offered the opportunity to build customer attraction with the help of data, research information, and product development. We offer companies sparring to accelerate their business in the bioeconomy and the health and wellbeing sector, as well as the opportunity to position themselves in Jyväskylä's growth ecosystem for world-class international growth in the future , comments Business Jyväskylä project manager Nina Rautiainen.

Seed Village accelerates growth and product development

The Seed Village programs are designed for growth-seeking companies having a need for research cooperation or product/service validation. The programs help accelerate companies' research, development, and innovation (RDI) activities and expand companies' networks.

In addition, each company selected for the program receives an individual net impact analysis, which examines the companies' overall effectiveness, taking into account the entire value chain and products and services. The analysis is produced by Upright Project.

The Seed Village programs are implemented by Kasvu Open and Business Jyväskylä in cooperation with University of Jyväskylä and Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences. The programs are part of the ecosystem work of health, sports, and wellbeing and the renewing industry sectors, which is implemented together with partners.
